The definition of a doula is a woman who is trained to assist another woman during childbirth and who may provide support to the family after the baby is born.

I am a doula serving Tacoma, WA, Joint base Lewis McCord and the surrounding areas. Assisting birthing individuals to create the birth experience that they will enjoy. After having my own birth experiences I want to others to know that they have choices during this special time.
